I invite any and all of you to try (if you dare) to do these shots and comment on them. We could use a wine spectator type rating - or you can simply describe your booting experience (chunks, total spew, dry heaves, etc).
We'll also be interspersing some stories and adventures from the bar business as experienced through a couple of local Denver establishments.
